1. What products do you sell?
Sheds Yard sells outdoor storage products, sheds, garden storage solutions, and related outdoor items for UK homes and gardens.
2. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Some remote areas, offshore locations, islands, or restricted-access addresses may require additional delivery time or may not be available for delivery.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
4. How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location, courier availability, product size, and external factors outside our control.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after the courier receives the parcel.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and then follow our return process.
8. What is your return policy?
For most products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days beginning the day after you receive the goods.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all parts, fittings, manuals, accessories, and packaging where possible.
9. Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or supplier updates. Please check all measurements carefully before placing your order.
14. What happens if a product is out of stock after I order?
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you by email and offer a suitable solution, such as waiting for restock, choosing an alternative item, or receiving a refund.
