Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at:

Please include your order number, full name, and the email address used at checkout.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it before delivery.

In this case, you may need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow our return process under our Refund and Return Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Cancellation Rights
